Maybe you are processing a traumatic birth. Maybe you feel overwhelmed by this overnight transition to parenthood. Maybe everything is going as smoothly as it possibly can - it's still a challenging time! I am here to help you process your journey into motherhood, however that looks for you.
The most important thing to me is that you build that special bond with your baby. In order for you to do that, I can alleviate some of the other stress of keeping up with your house - light housekeeping, grocery runs, fixing snacks, and providing comfort measures as you heal from the birth of your baby. I also provide non-judgemental feeding support. If you will be returning to work outside of the home, I can also help you maximize your maternity leave and help plan for a return to work.
I am here to support your people, too. I can take the big kids outside for a walk so you can feed the baby, or give your partner some soothing techniques to try with the baby. My goal is to nurture the bond your baby has with your partner and their siblings, as well as with you!
